As an HR Supervisor – Training and Development at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs within an organization.
Your key responsibilities:
- Identifies and analyze training needs across the organization by consulting with department heads, reviewing performance data, and gathering employee feedback.
- Designs, develops, and implements training programs and materials tailored to meet the identified needs.
- Facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars in various platform online or in person.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience or related roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications related to training are a plus.
- Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
