Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees
- Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals aligned with HCM practices
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs
- Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and outcomes
- Support the implementation of HCM systems and processes within the organization
- Continuously update training content based on company policies, system updates, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's Degree (any related field)
- At least 1 year of working experience in training or related roles
- Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) — required
- Willing to work onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City
