About The Job
The Operations Trainer ignites the passion for continuous learning. We are experts in the processes, and we want to ensure that we transfer this knowledge to our new hires. We seek to understand the challenges and opportunities in the daily operations by conducting training needs analysis, as we believe that learning never stops. We are good in facilitating learning sessions and have fun as our middle name. We also create training materials that fit all learner types, appropriate for either face to face or online learning.
What You'll Do
- Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple lines of business
- Facilitates required classroom and online training sessions for the department
- Monitors trainee performance to identify training gaps
- Mentors and coaches operators as needed
- Creates and maintains training reports for easy monitoring
What You Need To Have
- Good Facilitation Skills and Excellent communication skills
- Creation of training materials via powerpoint and other tools
- Understands different kinds of learners
- Training Needs Analysis
- Knowledge in Training levels of Evaluation
- Knowledge in Articulate or other e-learning software
