JOB TITLE: Traffic Control Engineer
RATE: Php 297.61 per hour

- Remote/WFH
- For now this would be PART TIME; if we continue to get busy, the hours could increase, and the position could be FT eventually.
- Hours: 15-20 hours weekly; this would be for training and learning, Eastern Time
- after 2 months this would increase based on project/demand increase

ABOUT US:
The client is a growing traffic engineering and construction company based in San Francisco, California. We're thrilled to search for an entry- to mid-level Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, with drafting experience, and can flourish in a team-centric environment. The responsibilities include providing drafting support, project assistant, estimating, and support for other engineers/project team members.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop traffic control design drawings based on engineer layout/mark-ups using Rapid Plans or AutoCAD
- Responsible for consistency of graphics, sheet layouts, scales, sheet numbers, title blocks, etc. to assure that the drawing set procured looks consistent with office standards
- Support engineers and other team members
- Client communication performed under the direction of the engineering staff
- Work within project deadlines
- Other duties as may be assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience with the most recent versions of AutoCAD or Rapid Plan, construction drawings
- Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field or similar
- Minimum Associate degree in a technical field, especially drafting, computer-aided design
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player, with ability to work independently as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
- Excellent time management and project prioritization and efficiency.
- Software skills: AutoCAD, Rapid Plan, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, etc.
