As Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be developing and executing sustainable shopper-centric strategies and programs and lead account-specific and account-agnostic Category Management projects that will optimize the sales and profits of the Company and Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Category Leadership: Expert in translating shopper and consumer insights into winning Category Management and channel strategies.
- Commercial Planning & Forecasting: Proven ability to develop Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and align demand forecasts.
- Revenue & Volume Growth: Driven to achieve AOP targets by executing shopper-centric programs and high-stakes Big Bet drive cycles.
- Retail Execution Excellence: Skilled in defining and cascading Retail Performance Standards (RPS) for assortment, pricing, placement, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Financial Stewardship: Disciplined management of channel budgets with a relentless focus on maximizing Return on Promo Spending (ROPS) and timely liquidation.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Adept at fostering strong, trusted stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, including proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in Shopper/Trade Marketing and Key Account Management. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Experience in leading Category Management projects that drive volume and value.
- Able to maintain a committed focus on delivering high-quality results, overcoming challenges, prioritizing key activities, and driving execution excellence.
