Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.
Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM's on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.
Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant
Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
Assist/ Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.
Key Requirements
Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.
