Job Description
Position Title: Trade Marketing Specialist / Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor
Work Location: FACC Coral Way, Pasay
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday FULL Onsite
Work Set Up: Office-Based
Job Summary:
A Trade Marketing Supervisor supports the Category Trade Manager in translating strategies into effective trade and channel programs that drives sales and category growth. The role goes beyond execution by contributing to the development of trade strategies, planning and managing trade promotions and identifying opportunities to strengthen distribution, visibility and sell-out performance across channels.
Key Responsibilities and Success Measures:
- Category Sales Growth Contribution
- Distribution Expansion
- In-Store Visibility & Merchandising
- Trade Promotion Effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related filed is required.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry
- Preferably at least 2 years of field sales experience
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
