Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products across various retail channels. What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales performance across key retail accounts
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and execute targeted promotional activities, in-store merchandising, and other trade marketing initiatives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize trade marketing efforts
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Liaise with retail partners to secure optimal shelf space, product placements, and promotional support
- Create engaging and impactful trade marketing materials, such as point-of-sale displays, product catalogues, and sales presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trade marketing strategies to continuously improve our approach
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective trade marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with the retail landscape and industry trends in the Philippines
