Position Summary
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing strategy and execution of both end user and customer campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, from planning to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organisational skills and a passion for driving results.
1. Collateral Development:
Work with the design team to create compelling end user/trade-specific marketing collateral, including EDM's, product sheets, brochures, booklets, catalogues, and promotional materials.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
2. Retailer Engagement:
Provide support for retail promotions and collaborate on co-branded marketing initiatives.
Sharing of digital assets to customers to ensure they are set-up prior to the launch of a new product or marketing campaign.
Manage promotions and product information on the OX Dealer eCommerce Websites (AU & NZ)
3. Data Analysis for Trade Channels:
Manage reporting of trade marketing campaigns including quarterly campaigns, focus initiatives and Dealer eCommerce portal campaigns.
4. Promotional Planning:
Coordinate and assist with the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and incentives to drive product visibility and sales within the trade channel.
Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional activities with their goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to obtain stock forecasts and the supply chain team for promotional demand planning.
5. EDM Marketing:
Manage the creation and coordination of EDM's both internally and externally.
o Consumer EDM's include new product/campaign notifications, surveys, redemptions & product giveaways.
o Retailer EDM's include monthly business updates, new product/campaign notifications and stock updates.
o Build and design emails related to products, ambassadors, and brand storytelling
o Create and implement new email templates and campaign concepts
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of customer campaigns online promotions, monthly deals etc.
Assist running EDMs and customer communications.
Assist running internal EDMs and sales team communications.
Assisting in the development and execution of end user campaigns product giveaways, lead generation, redemption campaigns etc.
Assist in the development and execution of internal updates and communications to sales team.
Manage quarterly open market promotions including deal commercials, obtaining BDM forecasts, collaborate on demand forecasting, flyer creation and reporting.
Manage quarterly dealer promotions and update product information (add new products, remove discontinued) on the OX Dealer eCommerce Websites (AU & NZ).
Manage reporting of trade marketing campaigns including quarterly campaigns, focus initiatives and Dealer eCommerce portal campaigns.
Manage Customer Find a Dealer Website requests and work with the web team to load information.
Managing sales team marketing requests.
Content development Marketing related data, blurbs and written descriptions.
Working with the teams in the APAC & USA regions on their respective marketing roadmaps
Reporting to the team on key marketing activities. Data analysis and report producing (Needs to be proficient with numbers & excel spreadsheets -VLOOKUP etc)
Asset database management consolidate images and collateral into an accessible central portal, respond to requests and product specs as required

Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
The candidate must be based in the Philippines.
Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AU Time
