Job Description

Job Summary

The Trade Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting Trade Marketing Group in developing, implementing, and monitoring trade marketing programs to achieve sales and brand objectives. The role involves close coordination with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, product availability, and increased sales within retail, wholesale, and other trade channels. Trade Marketing Associate also responsible for the monitoring of Trade Marketing Expenses and Program Executions.

  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution of trade promotions and merchandising. Develop and design effective POS materials and promotional tools to enhance campaign visibility and impact.
  • Monitor trade program performance, ensure ROI, conduct trade visits for execution and insights, evaluate competitors, and collaborate with sales teams to address channel opportunities.
  • Coordinate efforts across marketing, sales, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and stock while equipping the sales team for effective execution.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure cost-efficient execution of promotions.
  • Collect data on trade performance, competitor trends, and market insights, and present reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Trade marketing, Sales or similar roles in FMCG
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and retail partners
  • Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategies based on data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Budget management and reporting skills
