The Trade Marketing Associate supports the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels. This role requires strong project ownership, coordination skills, and the ability to manage initiatives from planning to post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute trade marketing campaigns end-to-end (planning, coordination, reporting).
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Warehouse, Finance, and external partners to ensure timely and on-brand execution.
- Manage production, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
- Support dealer programs, promotions, and activations, including documentation and compliance.
- Assist in event planning, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Monitor budgets, track marketing expenses, and process payment requests in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing Management or any related course.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or trade marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with good communication abilities
