What you will do:
- Develop and support Local Store Marketing (LSM) plans to drive sales growth and market share.
- Drives growth by sourcing and managing end-to-end partnerships and tie-ups that bring added value to our brand and customers.
- Execute trade area activations including co-branded promotions, booth selling opportunities, sponsorships, and corporate large food orders (LFO).
- Coordinate with clients & internal teams on promotion updates and ensure smooth execution at the restaurant level.
- Manage assigned LSM platforms and events from concept development to execution, budget monitoring, and post-activity evaluation.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners to support trade marketing initiatives and ensure successful activation execution.
- Conduct restaurant visits to ensure proper execution & alignment with brand standards and provide constructive feedback when needed.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of work experience in marketing, business development, partnership management, and/or managing B2B accounts or partnerships and tie-ups.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to do field work and conduct restaurant visits as required.
