About the Role:
Oversees regional supervisors and ensures seamless communication between SOM, KAM, and other sellout-related teams. This role emphasizes strategic coordination to effectively monitor promoter sellout performance, evaluate regional supervisor effectiveness, and provide strong leadership to drive overall business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate overall performance of Retail Specialists (RS); identify underperformers and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct store-level analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Drive productivity improvements across the field force through targeted support and performance analysis.
- Assess RS and Trainer productivity and cost efficiency; develop strategic operational plans to optimize resources.
- Ensure effective communication and management across all field roles, including RS, Team Leaders (TLs), and Trainers.
- Collaborate directly with RS to boost sales performance in assigned stores.
- Conduct regular shop visits to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to implement strategies and plans (SOM, KAM, Field Force, PMs).
- Set clear and achievable targets for RS and TLs aligned with business objectives.
- Consolidate and analyze RS performance data, improvement plans, and field feedback.
- Prepare strategic reports for management on field force performance and initiatives.
- Identify RS-related issues and develop detailed analysis and strategic solutions.
- Organize and facilitate RS monthly conferences and weekly team meetings.
- Manage below-the-line marketing activities and seasonal field projects.
- Experienced in planning and executing trade-related events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced degree in Marketing is a strong advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Field Force Management
- Proficient in project management, with a track record of successful execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication and negotiation
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Data interpretation expertise, with a focus on generating value-adding insights
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking; proficiency in Excel is essential
- High sense of ownership and accountability in all responsibilities
- Experienced in trade events, including planning and executing trade-related activities
