Role Description

for a Tour Guide located in Metro Manila. As a Tour Guide, your primary responsibilities will include leading guided tours, engaging with guests to provide memorable and educational experiences, sharing in-depth knowledge about local history and culture, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all participants. You will also assist in promoting and selling tours and related services, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and knowledge of local History
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to promote and upsell tours and related services with Sales expertise
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak travel seasons
