Total Rewards Officer – International
Job Summary
The Total Rewards Officer – International supports compensation, benefits, and employee rewards programs across multiple countries. The role ensures programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with global HR strategies.
Work Description:
- Administer international compensation and benefits programs.
- Support salary reviews, merit increases, incentives, and compensation adjustments.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations.
- Coordinate country-specific benefits and statutory requirements.
- Prepare compensation, benefits, headcount, and HR reports.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation data.
- Support global mobility, relocation, allowances, and expatriate programs.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and international stakeholders.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries on compensation and benefits.
- Assist in developing and improving total rewards policies and processes.
- Monitor international compensation, benefits, and regulatory trends.
Work Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions.
- Experience supporting multi-country or international compensation and benefits programs.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and annual salary reviews.
- Experience with benefits administration and statutory compliance.
- Experience preparing HR and compensation reports and analysis.
- Experience using HRIS, compensation systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with international teams, vendors, and consultants is preferred.
- Global mobility or expatriate compensation experience is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of international employment practices and data privacy.
- HR/Total Rewards certification such as CCP, GRP, or SHRM is an advantage.
