TLM Application Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant with a strong background in implementing UKG Ready products, specifically within Workforce Management (WFM) modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduler, Leave, Attendance, and other related functionalities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a proven track record of successfully engaging with North American stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of UKG Ready WFM Modules in accordance with client specifications and business needs.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and optimal functionality of modules.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the process of configuring, testing, and deploying WFM Modules.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and goals.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in implementing UKG Ready WFM Modules or similar HR-IT solutions.
