About The Role
Were looking for a
creative, data-driven TikTok Specialist who lives and breathes TikTok trends and knows how to turn attention into leads and sales. This role is responsible for growing our TikTok presence, creating engaging short-form video content, and driving measurable business results. You should understand that TikTok is not just social media - its a
discovery and conversion platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Create, film, edit, and publish high-performing short-form videos (organic + paid concepts)
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, hooks, and formats and adapt them quickly
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content that drives leads and bookings
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for engagement and conversion
- Analyze performance (views, watch time, CTR, leads) and optimize content based on data
- Manage posting schedule and ensure consistent content output
- Test different content angles (educational, UGC-style, before/after, storytelling, offer)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or growing a TikTok account (brand or personal)
- Strong understanding of TikToks algorithm and content psychology
- Comfortable on camera or directing others on camera
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Ability to move fast, test ideas, and iterate based on performance
- Strong communication skills and creative mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, fitness, or service-based businesses
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and ROI-driven content
