We are looking for a highly-skilled TikTok Marketing and Sales Manager who will lead our TikTok Shop growth through strategic promotions, affiliate partnerships, and data-driven sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, deep knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, and hands-on experience managing both local and international eCommerce markets.
This role requires a solid understanding of TikTok Shop policies, promotional tools, affiliate management, and operational workflows to ensure sustainable sales growth and platform compliance.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Marketing & Promotions
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns, including flash sales, vouchers, live selling promotions, and paid ads
- Utilize all available TikTok promotional tools within Seller Center to maximize visibility and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable reports
Affiliate & Creator Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators
- Develop commission structures, content guidelines, and performance tracking systems
- Maintain strong communication with affiliates to ensure alignment with brand and sales goals
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive sales growth through strategic product positioning and promotional planning
- Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Identify opportunities for scaling both local and international TikTok Shop operations
TikTok Seller Center Operations
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment
- Ensure full compliance with TikTok Shop policies, guidelines, and operational standards
- Resolve Seller Center issues, disputes, and policy-related concerns efficiently
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Support expansion into international eCommerce markets
- Adapt marketing strategies to different regions, audiences, and platform regulations
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TikTok Marketing Manager, TikTok Shop Manager, or eCommerce Sales Manager
- Strong understanding of TikTok Seller Center, including promotions, affiliate tools, and analytics
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop policies and operational guidelines
- Experience managing TikTok affiliates and creator partnerships
- Exposure to international eCommerce markets is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain strategies, performance data, and operational processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with live selling strategies
