Position: TikTok Live Streaming Operation Manager - Philippines Market
Report to: APAC E-commerce Director
Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000/month (Higher offer for Chinese proficiency or proven experience)
Pay Cycle: Bi-weekly payroll (Standard in Philippines)
Responsibilities
- Launch & Scale Live Rooms
- Lead cold-start operations for Bagsmart TikTok channels, optimize streaming setups/scripts, and drive GMV growth through data iteration.
- Data-Driven Strategy
- Develop monthly/quarterly plans via competitor analysis and real-time metrics (GPM, UV value), adjusting tactics to hit sales targets.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution
- Design live sales events, manage product selection, train hosts, refine scripts, and orchestrate live control to maximize traffic peaks.
- Team Leadership
- Build/manage local teams, streamline SOPs, and own KPIs: viewership, conversion rate, and ROI.
Requirements
- Essentials
- 1+ years leading TikTok live teams (non-executive).
- Native-level English; Chinese speakers better.
- Core Skills
- Mastery of TikTok live mechanics, PH platform rules, and shop operations.
- Expertise in analyzing live metrics (audience retention, conversion funnels).
- Proven ability to create viral products (showcase past successes).
- Traits
- Resilient, data-logical, and skilled in motivating local teams.
- Sharp insights into luggage/accessories or FMCG consumer behavior.
