Job Summary
As a TikTok Affiliate Marketing Assistant, you support and scale affiliate-driven sales by managing creator outreach, affiliate onboarding, product seeding, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and manage affiliate product listings, commission rates, and eligibility settings.
- Identify, outreach, and onboard relevant TikTok creators and affiliates.
- Coordinate product seeding, sample tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely content posting.
- Maintain clear communication with creators regarding campaign expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support affiliate campaigns, flash sales, and promotional pushes in coordinate with internal teams.
- Track affiliate-driven GMV, order volume, and content performance.
- Identify high-performing creators and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate affiliate databases, tracking sheets, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit weekly affiliate performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Required to have e-commerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, analyzing basic data, and updating internal trackers.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with creators and responding to customers online.
- Preferably with TikTok Affiliate Marketing experience, but not required.
