We are seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to provide support for patient inquiries, insurance questions, and service-related concerns. Ensure accurate information and quality service at all times.
Responsibilities
Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide guidance on healthcare services, claims, and coverage
Assist with form submissions and claim processing
Document all interactions accurately
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Maintain service quality and satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training
Shifting schedules including nights and weekends
Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes
Requirements
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communication
Customer-oriented with attention to detail
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Onsite availability in Metro Manila
