Job Summary

The Test Technician is responsible for supporting all test-related activities for power supply products, ensuring consistent product quality, reliability, and compliance with established standards. This role reports directly to the Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and sustain all test setups to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to test setup downtime issues at the production line.
  • Perform daily and periodic preventive maintenance on test equipment and setups.
  • Fabricate, wire, and assemble additional test fixtures required by production.
  • Execute test setup conversions for various product models on the production line.
  • Verify No Fault Found (NFF) feedback from the troubleshooting station.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and test standardization procedures.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree or Technology in Electronics or any equivalent field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting test machines and equipment.
  • Familiarity with test programming software and ability to interpret test programs.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Skilled in fixture wiring, debugging, and basic electronic assembly.
