Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategy and plans.
• Manage test teams and resources. Coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Oversee risk management and reporting
• Budget and schedule management
• Drive continuous improvement in testing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
