Your Role: As a Test Manager, you will:
- Define and implement end-to-end test strategies aligned with Agile/SAFe frameworks.
- Manage functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Oversee test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Ensure compliance with telco standards (e.g., TM Forum, GSMA) and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, production readiness testing, and manage the defect lifecycle.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- 5+ years in software testing within telco or tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation tools (Selenium, JMeter).
- Experience with CI/CD practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred skills/expertise- Certification: ISTQB Advanced or Agile Testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms and API testing.
- Familiarity with security and performance testing standards.
