Join our Commodities and Global Markets Technology team aligned to the technology team that supports the Specialised Asset Finance business through a Leasing Platform (Oracle eBusiness Suite) and its peripheral applications. What role will you play
As a Test Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications that the team supports, report progress, issues, and risks, manage test resources. You will be expected to draw up test plans from given requirements, coordinate test activities within and between teams as needed.
What You Offer
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse a problematic situation, find potential solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
- ISTQB-CTFL certification preferred.
Experience:
- Leading a software testing team and guiding junior testers.
- Identifying, logging, and tracking issues/defects
- Working with scrum teams to ensure timely release and completion of deliverables.
- Test plan development, quality metrics definition, test strategy creation, and test case writing.
- Testing web and client server-based applications in different software testing techniques
- Test automation execution and development preferred.
Knowledge:
- Creating documentation e.g., how to/guide, knowledge base
- Analysing requirements, drawing up test plans and strategies, writing and executing test cases
