Performs regular assembly (fabrication, phone jigs), test (SW, ESD & Instrumentation calibration) and preventive maintenance of company equipment including 5S, lubrication, UAT etc. Follows standard practices and procedures such as those defined in the PM specification, calibration specification, WI, JA, FMEA, OCAP etc.
Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements. Monitors equipment performance such as overall equipment efficiency, UPH, availability and yield. Ensures machine and its input parameters are working within defined specifications.
Provide 24x7 first level support to troubleshoot equipment process. Solves simple problems within area of responsibility and execute OCAP.
Maintaining the machine and area of responsibility clean, safe, and organized. Performs scrap disposal including sorting and documentation.
Conducts offline repairs for usable parts.
Provides OQE updates on general status of machine, activities, spares, etc.
Coordinates with internal customers in OQE and fabrication shop for critical requirements
Supports machine installations, new software deployment, new product introduction requiring jigs/toolings and other critical initiatives.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
