The Production Operator is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products, ensuring 5S and safety compliance, and the other production operation requirements.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Performs at least 1 process for 2 or more active product models
- Adheres to assigned task and ensure timely delivery provided by superior
- Accomplishes all the required checklists preparatory to operation
- Supports improvement initiatives set by the company
- Adheres in completing all standard production transactions and log sheets
- Reports abnormalities on the assigned station/area
- Complies to quality standards and procedures
- Executes, contributes to and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area
- Complies with all safety regulations set by the Company
- Reports any hazard found so that it's risk will be minimized or eliminated
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior
- Adheres to Rules of Corrective Discipline
- Qualifications
- At least 2nd year College or graduate of any 2-year course or has completed Senior High Experiences, Skillsets & Personal Competencies
