Job Description

Were looking for a high-performing Test Administrator/IT Support to support our testing center and for the future trainings of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer certification, licensure, and training-related examinations in strict compliance with the policies, procedures, and security standards of Pearson VUE, Kryterion, and PSI.
  • Verify candidate identity and eligibility in accordance with approved identification and registration requirements.
  • Prepare, set up, and maintain a secure, organized, and distraction-free testing and training environment.
  • Facilitate candidate check-in and check-out processes, including orientation on examination rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor examinations and training assessments in real time to ensure integrity, prevent misconduct, and address irregularities following vendor guidelines.
  • Provide technical and procedural support to candidates and trainees during exams and training sessions; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure the proper functionality of testing systems, computers, peripherals, network connectivity, and required software before and during operations.
  • Perform basic IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related concerns within the testing center and training facilities.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and technical support of training sessions, including presentation equipment and online platforms.
  • Document, report, and submit incidents, technical issues, and policy violations through appropriate vendor systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of examination content, candidate information, and all testing materials.
  • Coordinate scheduling, seat allocation, and system readiness with exam vendors, trainers, and internal teams.
  • Implement updates on vendor policies, system changes, and security advisories accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and exam sponsor agreements at all times.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and audit documentation required by vendors and internal compliance standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and accreditation activities as required.
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and firm customer service while enforcing testing and training policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience in IT, Computer Science, or any related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or testing center operations is preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, including troubleshooting of computers, networks, and common software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow strict procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a controlled, quiet environment and maintain focus for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
