POSITION TITLE: TERRITORY MANAGER (Areas Ilocos, Pangasinan, Isabela, NCR, Laguna, Bicol, Bohol)
DEPARTMENT: SALES
JOB SUMMARY
Achieves maximum sales profitability, volume growth and account penetration focused on PPC Asia's full product line. Contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Assists customers in selecting products best suited to their needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage existing/current customers in area of best effort assigned.
- Use of a pipeline sales process in order to track, develop and close new accounts.
- Maximizing the face to face time with the customers through sound time management skills.
- Work together with the Area Sales Manager utilizing resources to support the programs deployed and to effectively promote, grow and maintain the higher value PPC products and services.
- Launch marketing and sales promotions with the business to consumer customers (installed, retail, small fleets)
- Manage the Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue with the customers and provide support for specific.
- Account Receivables (AR) collection as required.
- Conduct promotion planning and sales negotiations (retail and installed).
- Provide basic commercial & technical service for customers.
- Work with the team to forecast sales and inventory/production requirements in an effort to serve customers effectively
- On-site meetings with existing customers and prospects, targeting key accounts/prospects
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, open to other courses but preferably in Management, Engineering, Technical or any related Business degree.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in business development and sales preferably in tires, batteries, lubricants, industrial, or chemicals is a must.
- Willing to travel and must have the ability and qualifications to drive.
- Must have a network of potential accounts or prospect clients that cater to the finished lubricants market
- Highly adaptive to a dynamic sales and marketing environment.

- Key points/achievements to look for has to highlight actual sales-related accomplishments / career milestones and excellent track record in accounts acquisition and/or business development
- Realistic Job Preview: (a) Reports to the office once a week and rendering field work for the rest of the week (b) Maintenance of business: order taking, routine account checks, and administrative work (c) Create basic business case for sales and acquisition of new businesses (business development), from solicitation of accounts, negotiation, and delivery (in accordance to the company's Order-to-Cash process) (d) Will be in-charge of credit management of accounts (including the endorsement and justification of proposed credit terms/line).
