Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Makati. The role involves managing and driving sales performance within the assigned territory by developing strategies and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, delivering effective sales presentations, providing training to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze sales metrics, create forecasts, and ensure that targets are met while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in both verbal and written communication

- Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage
