Territory Sales Manager

We're Hiring: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Angeles City

Work Setup: On-site

The Role

This is a full-time on-site role based near Angeles City. You'll oversee sales within your assigned territory, build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and represent Leadify across local businesses and partners. You'll work closely with internal teams to align strategies, improve client experience, and drive revenue growth.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Experience training or mentoring a sales team
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• A goal-oriented mindset with consistent follow-through
• Experience in digital marketing or real estate is an advantage
• Experience with Food & Beverage, Hotels, Hospitality, and Real Estate businesses is a strong plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Compensation

Starting basic salary: PHP 25,000 per month

Commission: Up to 10% per account
