Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales and strengthening market presence of the companys e-bikes and mobility products within the assigned area. This role focuses on building partnerships with dealers, retail partners, LGUs, and corporate clients, while ensuring brand visibility, product availability, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for e-bikes and related products.
Identify and develop new dealer partners, retail stores, and institutional clients (LGUs, delivery companies, fleet accounts).
Lead field prospecting, sales presentations, and product demos.
Upsell and cross-sell battery upgrades, accessories, and services.
Territory Management
Create and execute a territory sales plan that includes route coverage, dealer visits, and lead generation activities.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new model releases within the territory.
Ensure dealers maintain proper inventory levels, pricing compliance, and display standards.
Dealer & Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Conduct training for dealer staff on product features, selling points, and technical information.
Handle dealer concerns regarding stocks, warranty, and after-sales issues (in coordination with the service team).
Marketing & Brand Support
Implement local promotions, on-ground activations, and test-ride events.
Ensure correct branding and merchandising materials in partner stores.
Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and service departments for order fulfillment and warranty cases.
Monitor and collect payments from dealers if required by company policy.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
At least 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in motorcycles, e-bikes, automotive, FMCG, or distribution.
Strong understanding of mobility products, e-bike mechanics, or willingness to learn technical aspects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Field-oriented, with strong route planning and territory management skills.
Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
With valid drivers license and can drive a motorcycle or e-bike (an advantage).
