Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Bacolod. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within their designated region. They will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve targets, monitor territory performance, and provide reports to management. The role also involves leading a team, delivering training, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
• Strategic planning and analytical abilities to assess territory performance and identify opportunities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Proficiency in record-keeping, reporting, and use of CRM software
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or a related industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
