Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bohol and Dumaguete for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts in the assigned territory, establish and nurture client relationships, execute marketing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves regularly analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to achieving sales objectives while representing the company's values and products.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Territory Management, and Business Development
- Strong ability to develop and maintain Customer Relationships and deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Expertise in Market Analysis and identifying Opportunities for Growth
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally as required
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
- Prior experience in the nutrition, dairy, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
