Job Description

Tenant Relations and Leasing Manager:

  • Manages and directs all leasing and tenant relations functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease contracts and agreements. maintaining maximum occupancy rate and collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure tenant concerns are handled effectively, in accordance with organizational standards and policies.

Primary Functions:

Lease Marketing

  • Prepares draft lease contracts and agreements based on the standard terms and conditions

Revenue Management (P & L)

  • Able to analyze Actual Results vs Budget and resulting variances

Tenant Management

  • Conducts periodic Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedure in compliance to the AMLA regulations. Ensures that the Tenants 201 Files are up to date and complete.

Tenant Operations (combined Leasing Operation & Accounts / Reports Management)

  • Ensures tenant accounts are up to date
  • Generates periodic key reports for Management or Board on Leasing and Marketing Results and Activities
  • Collaborates with PMO to ensure timely pre- operation activities i.e: space turnover, fit out, operational i.e: renovation and post operational activities, i.e: hand back of space, are within House Rules and Guidelines.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort, coaches, counsels, and manages team performance to bring about expected results.
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Business Administration Graduate / Real Estate Management
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Property Operations, Tenant Relations, and Lease Administration (Preferably in commercial office or mall environment)
  • Knowledgeable on key areas: Contract Abstraction, Marketing and Administration, Basic Property Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Real Estate Software (Preferred)
