Job Description

Nature of Employment: Full Time

Working Setup: Full Onsite

Location: Quezon City

Working Schedule: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

Basic Salary: Up to PHP 30,000

Job Summary:

The Telesales Specialist focuses on retaining existing customers who are no longer assigned to a Life Planner as well as driving new sales through effective communication, relationship-building and strategic sales techniques. The role strives to offer product solutions on financial needs of prospective and existing customers, both assigned and unassigned, to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and critical metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize attrition. Proactively reach out to unassigned customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and generate saved ANP through retention and lapse prevention.
  • Sales Performance: Nurture and convert leads that will be assigned by the team lead. These leads may be sourced from special acquisition campaigns, or untouched existing customer leads. The individual in this role is also expected to reach out to identified cohorts of unassigned customers, conduct needs assessment, and resell relevant products. Sales activities may be performed virtually or face-to-face as may be required by the prospect customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services to effectively advise customers and answer queries; continuously attend training programs to stay updated on new products, processes and policies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing unassigned customers that have been successfully retained and ensure a personalized and supportive experience to pave the way for future resell opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports as necessary
  • Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any course

At least 2 years of experience in Sales (Telesales/Telemarketing)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Computer savvy and comfortable using digital tools

Open for someone with experience in Outbound Calls preferably in insurance

Experience in insurance or banking is highly preferred

Bachelors/ Degree
