Note: This is a full-time role and requires working on US timings fully remote (work from home).

The Company

Qikfox Cybersecurity Systems Inc is a Silicon Valley based Venture-funded Startup with a mission to design a more Trustworthy Internet. The company's flagship product is Qikfox Safe Browser with numerous AI, Safety, Security, and Privacy features. We are hiring multiple Telesales Executives for Inbound and Outbound process (Remote - work from home). If working with a state-of-the-art platform excites you and you are a hustler by nature and can sell, up-sell, and cross-sell to US based Customers, then this role is for you. The role requires a clear accent and good spoken English.

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Telesales Executives with excellent English communication skills and a strong command over grammar for a remote role based in the Philippines. This position operates on US timings and involves interacting with consumers and small businesses over the phone and digital channels. The successful candidate will start by managing the retention process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and will gradually transition into handling new sales. The role requires a comfortable blend of inbound and outbound telesales, managing monthly quotas, explaining products and services, supporting basic software related queries, and converting qualified leads into sales. Remuneration includes a competitive base salary along with commissions on sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.

• Clearly explain products and services to consumers and small business customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Manage customer retention efforts effectively before transitioning to new sales acquisition.

Product Support (Pre and Post Sales)

• Provide basic guidance to customers on software installation and usage.

• Assist customers with initial setup and troubleshooting of company products.

• Coordinate with technical support teams for escalations when required.

• Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintain a basic understanding of Antivirus Software, VPNs, Web Browsers, and core concepts related to Safety, Security, and Privacy.

Communications and Documentation

• Communicate in clear, fluent, and grammatically correct English at all times.

• Draft simple customer communications such as emails and follow up messages.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and customer feedback.

Process and Compliance

• Follow defined sales scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and data protection standards.

• Participate in product, process, and communication training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Humanities (e.g., AB English, Mass Communication), Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related non-technical field.

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or technical sales support.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammatical accuracy and a clear accent.

• Working knowledge of computers, operating systems, and common software applications.

• Comfortable with technology and possess a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts including Antivirus, VPNs, and online privacy.

• Ability to install basic software and guide users through setup steps.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.

• Comfortable working in a remote environment aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience working in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is highly desirable.

• Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales calls with monthly quotas.

• Exposure to selling software or technology products to consumers or small businesses.

• Comfort working with CRM tools and basic reporting systems.

• Proven track record in customer retention processes.
