We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Agents to assist the existing accounts; you will deal
directly with our clients to provide solutions, responsibility of delivering financial returns, but
keeping clients at the forefront of any decisions. You are responsible for ensuring that all clients
and personal information of clients are kept and handled in accordance with existing company
policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. To be successful as a Telesales Agents, you
should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales.
Ultimately, a top-class Telesales Agents is able to improve sales by creating lasting bonds with
customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email
Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients
Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow
Help customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend
Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Job Specifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Open to Fresh Graduates or any field of work
Strong conflict resolution skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Advanced organizational skills
Fluently speaking in Tagalog and English
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player
Willing to work on-site
