Job Description:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are functional, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application development milestones.

- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony.

- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cisco Call Manager.

- Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving telephony issues.

- Familiarity with network infrastructure and its impact on telephony systems.

- Ability to design and implement scalable telephony solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise IP Telephony.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
