Job Title:Contact Center Support Engineer
Job Type:Hybrid (2x a week)
Location:Mandaluyong City
Position Type:6 months contract
We're looking for an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer to manage and support critical telephony and contact center systems. You must have hands-on expertise in IP Telephony with at least one of the following: Twilio, Nuance, or Calabrio.
This role supports business-critical infrastructure and requires strong troubleshooting skills across telephony platforms.
