Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting appointments through multiple outreach channels.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling:
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls.
- Introduce our company's products/services and qualify prospects.
- Set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
- LinkedIn Outreach:
- Connect with and engage potential leads via LinkedIn.
- Send personalized messages and follow-ups to build relationships.
- Track and manage LinkedIn activities for lead generation.
- Email Outreach & Sequences:
- Create and manage email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Craft compelling email copy to engage prospects.
- Monitor responses, maintain follow-up schedules, and update CRM records.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and qualified appointments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales development, or lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
