About The Role
Were looking for a
Telemarketer (Sales Associate) to play a key role in strengthening the top of our sales funnel. You will be responsible for converting raw lead lists into qualified, sales-ready opportunities through structured outbound calling, profiling, and accurate CRM documentation. By ensuring clean handoffs to Sales Managers, youll directly impact lead quality, pipeline efficiency, and conversion predictability. This role focuses exclusively on lead qualification and does not involve closing or field-based sales.

What You Will Do
- Conduct structured outbound calls to qualify and validate used car dealers from assigned lead lists.
- Confirm dealer legitimacy, identify decision-makers, and capture accurate profiling details.
- Assess dealer readiness based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Log call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM to ensure high data integrity.
- Segment and update leads based on qualification results and pipeline stage.
- Endorse qualified leads to Sales Managers with complete, context-rich documentation.
- Flag duplicate entries, incomplete data, or pipeline risks that may affect conversion.
- Meet daily outbound activity targets while maintaining quality qualification standards.
- Provide structured updates on call performance and pipeline observations.
- Perform other duties in support of sales funnel performance.
What We Will Need
- 12 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, lead qualification, or similar volume-based sales support roles.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Highly organized with attention to detail, particularly in CRM documentation and data accuracy.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with daily expectations.
- Fluent in Filipino; English proficiency for internal coordination and reporting.
