Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Associate to support our online loan acquisition channels. This role focuses on screening and validating digital loan applications, coordinating with the credit team, assisting with client verification, and supporting digital marketing efforts. With qualities of analytical, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple accounts efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (Business-related degree preferred)
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in loan processing, telemarketing, customer support, or credit evaluation
- Background in underwriting or credit analysis is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic data management systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
- Available to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Review, screen, and monitor loan applications submitted through digital platforms
- Conduct outbound calls to validate applicant information and confirm loan details
- Cross-check borrower data with submitted requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assess applicant profiles, including credit exposure and financial capacity
- Recommend loan amounts aligned with internal credit parameters
- Encode and update loan application details in the system
- Forward eligible applications to the Credit/Loan Processing Team for further evaluation
- Respond to client concerns via phone, online channels, or in-person inquiries
- Support digital lead generation activities, including online ad coordination
- Prepare periodic reports related to digital campaigns and application performance
- Maintain professional and service-oriented communication with clients
