Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Telemarketer to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our client's services, and generate qualified leads or appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow proven scripts while sounding natural and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
• Clearly and professionally present our products or services
• Follow call scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
• Ask qualifying questions and gather accurate customer information
• Schedule appointments or transfer warm leads as directed
• Maintain detailed and accurate call notes in our system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion goals
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident, clear, and friendly phone presence
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM and Thursday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila Time

Work Setup: Home-based

• Must have at least 50mbps (download and upload speed)
• Must have own laptop/PC for client interviews and taking assessments
