Job Description

Lead Generation and Outbound Sales

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages using approved sales scripts to effectively promote the companys products and services.
  • Perform cold calling to generate leads, build business connections, and convert prospects using company-provided communication tools and allowances.
  • Clearly explain product or service features, pricing, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered.

Lead Qualification and Follow-Ups

  • Collect and record essential lead information, including contact details and customer requirements.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budget considerations, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule appointments for interested prospects with designated sales representatives.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and callbacks for lead nurturing and to address additional inquiries.
  • Gather customer reviews and testimonials to support credibility and marketing initiatives.

Customer Engagement and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the companys brand reputation in all customer engagements.

Social Media and Marketing Support

  • Monitor and engage with audiences across social media platforms to support brand visibility.
  • Assist in responding to comments, messages, and inquiries as needed

Process Improvement and Research

  • Recommend improvements to lead generation and management processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support marketing initiatives through research, preparation of presentation materials, and other related tasks.

Employee Engagement And Company Participation

  • Actively participate in company-wide events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
