Our platform empowers small and medium-sized brokerages with enterprise-grade automation, marketing, and agent productivity tools.

We are expanding our go-to-market team and are looking for an energetic, motivated Telemarketer to help drive top-of-funnel activity by booking product demo calls with real estate brokerage decision-makers.

Role Overview

TheTelemarketerwill be responsible for high-volume outbound calling to small and medium-sized real estate brokerages across the United States. Your primary goal is to introduce TenSixty.ai, identify interest, and schedule qualified demo appointments for our GTM and account executive teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys sales conversations, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducthigh-volume outbound phone callsdaily to real estate brokerage owners, managing brokers, and team leaders.
  • Deliver a professional, compelling introduction to TenSixty.ai's platform and value proposition.
  • Identify decision-makers and determine initial fit.
  • Overcome objections, nurture interest, andsecure qualified demo appointmentsfor the GTM marketing and sales team.
  • Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and lead notes in CRM tools.
  • Follow call scripts while also adapting to the prospect's needs and conversation flow.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of follow-up calls for warm leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine scripts, targeting, and messaging.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (appointments set, call volume, conversion rate, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience (real estate or SaaS experience a plus).
  • Comfortable making75150 outbound calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, confident phone presence.
  • Strong objection handling and active listening abilities.
  • Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing leads and workflows.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
