We're seeking experienced Telco Operations Supervisor at Teleperformance Alphaland, you will play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer service and support for our telecommunications clients. This is a full-time position based in our Davao City, Davao del Sur office, where you will be responsible for driving team productivity, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the delivery of world-class customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Manage, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and training.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to your team on complex customer inquiries.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting employee engagement and professional development.
- Partner closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service delivery.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service leadership or call center supervisory role.
- Preferably with Telecommunications industry account experience.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
