Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Visayas for a Telco Engineer. The Telco Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecom systems, ensuring smooth operations. Key duties include analyzing network performance, troubleshooting issues, installing hardware components, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on industry advancements. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to handle the fast-paced demands of the telecommunications industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telecom Systems Design, Network Configuration, and Hardware Installation
• Experience in Network Troubleshooting, Performance Analysis, and System Optimization
• Knowledge of Telecommunications Standards, Protocols, and Emerging Technologies
• Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Attention to Detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and telecom systems are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Cebu and adapt to a dynamic environment
