Internship / Cadetship with AIA provides a jumpstart in career by providing hands-on experience and training of their selected course.
As a Technology Platform and Infrastructure intern, you will work with AIA PH to learn, experience, and deliver automations that support our day-to-day services, create and document process flows that adheres to our cloud, devsecops, data, integration governance/standards, and/or develop and test components in cloud, integration, others.
Position is Open to college students and early career.
Depending on the internship track, the following requirements are to be delivered.- Agile Process Transformation / Digital Transformation (Transformation Office)
- Automation Development via Atlassian or Microsoft Technologies
- Develop and test integration APIs and/or provision cloud components
- Creation of Data Visualization (Power BI)
- Create and document workflows or standards in cloud, devsecops, and integration governance
Roles and Behaviors.- Work independently to carry individual project tasks/requirements, aligned to the track
- Collaborate with Track Mentors to gain experience and insight on real-work scenario.
- Albeit coaching is embedded in the internship program, candidates must be self-driven to learn and understand AIA PH's way of working.
