The Technology Operations Manager ensures our tech stack runs smoothly and scales with our growth. This role handles system access, employee onboarding, vendor management, and coordination with outsourced IT and web development partners. It's ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects without needing to code.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for all software systems (Microsoft 365, PMS, communication, and project tools).
- Coordinate with external IT support providers (e.g., Electric.ai) to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage relationships with web development vendors, ensuring website and integrations run smoothly.
- Maintain an organized record of accounts, permissions, and security best practices.
- Identify and implement scalable improvements in processes and tech tools as the company expands.
- Serve as the bridge between operations and outsourced tech resources to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- With at least 3 years+ of experience in the same field.
- With US background.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud-based tools, and account management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple vendors, tools, and priorities.
- Tech generalist comfortable troubleshooting and learning new platforms quickly.
- Prior experience in IT coordination, systems management, or tech operations preferred.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and security.
- Amenable to work nightshift (EST).
- Amenable to work as an independent contractor.
